    Kitchen

The kitchen offers plenty of bench space, a steriliser, a microwave, and a fan forced oven/warmer.  The school PTA has stocked the kitchen for school use with wineglasses, cups and saucers, cutlery, tableclothes and trestle tables.  It is important that the kitchen be left in the clean state in which it is found.

If alcohol is being served, a liquor licence is legally required and a person who holds a current Bar Manager's Certificate must be on duty at all times during the function.  All waitresses/waiters must be over 18 yrs of age and be able to provide photo ID.  A link to the Auckland City Council website and online liquor licence application process can be found in the resources on this website..
