Art History

Students who are interested in learning about art through a range of historical periods will enjoy this course.  They will learn how to research topics, analyse art works, explain a theory and examine the context in which art works are made.  The areas of study are Cubism and Abstraction, Modern American Art and Modern New Zealand Art.
