  The Foundress of the Society of the Sacred Heart, Madeleine Sophie Barat, dedicated her life to “making known the revelation of God’s love whose source and symbol is the heart of Christ”.  She saw this knowledge as helping students to reach human fulfilment and to be life-givers to others.  Baradene College strives to reflect Gospel values as it helps individuals know that they are personally loved by God.  It is out of this understanding that the approach taken in the Baradene College Religious Education Programme comes.
