2021 Year 7 information
Week 1 (First two days)
Term 1 Begins
Thursday 4 February
- 8.35am - meet in the auditorium (welcome and organised into Homerooms)
- Wear full summer uniform
- Bring your stationery and padlock as lockers will be allocated
- Bring your computer device
- First day Powhiri/Assembly
- At the end of the day, new students will be taken to bus/train so know your bus number if applicable

- School photos taken
- Lunchtime - House Meetings
Week 2
Monday 8 February - Waitangi Day Holiday
Tuesday 9 February (Day 2)
- 8.35am - go to allocated Homeroom
- Timetable begins
- Lunchtime - House Meetings
Wednesday 10 February (Day 3)
- 8.35am - go to Year 7/8 Levels Assembly in Gym
- Bring togs, towel and swimming cap for Year 7/8 swimming heats.

Wednesday 17 February (Day 8)
- 8.35am - go to Year 7/8 Levels Assembly in Gym
- 6.15pm - 7pm: Year 7 Meet the Dean and Homeroom Teacher - Meet in the Gym, then to Homeroom
- 7pm - 8pm: Year 7 Parents Wine and Cheese - Barat Atrium

- 9.30am - 1pm: Orientation Day
Meet at Main Reception (access via Gate 1)
Wear casual clothes (not school uniform)
Please bring:
- Water bottle
- Pen
- A copy of your insurance, VISA and passport (If not already sent to the college)
- Your computer device, so that you can logon

School Uniform
The Uniform shop at the “Stables” is on the Baradene campus and adjacent to the Centennial and Barat buildings. Second hand uniform may also be available to purchase. To view the uniform shop trading hours and order online please use link below:
Sport Registration
Wednesday 3 February - Sport Registration Day (Gym)
4pm - 6pm
Attend this day to find out information on specific sports
Registrations are then completed online. 2021 Online Registrations will open late January 2021

Parking
Please do not park on the school grounds to drop of and collect students. Parking is available on surrounding streets. In the interest of student safety, please do not park on yellow lines as this reduces visibility.
