The Careers Department at Baradene College aims to provide students with strategies that will equip them to plan and manage their learning and career pathways at school and beyond. This learning will reflect the qualities, competencies and values gained in the New Zealand Curriculum and Te Marautanga Aotearoa.

2. Help to equip students to develop their career management competencies both in the short term and throughout their lives.
