The Baradene College Foundation (known as Growing Heart)
Growing Heart was established as a charitable trust in 2016 to provide vital additional funds for College facilities, resources and educational initiatives, and to ensure equity of opportunity so that every student is able to fully participate in College life.
Inspired by the vision of Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat rscJ, Baradene has, for nearly 120 years, educated students to become capable, confident, and resilient young women, ready to make a difference in the world, navigating their futures with hope and purpose, empowered to think and act with independence and to lead with courage, compassion, and integrity.
A gift to Growing Heart will make a lasting impact – helping Baradene to continue providing an outstanding education in the RSCJ tradition, building on the legacy of the Sisters, generations of Baradene Board members, Principals and staff, and the generosity of families and alumnae who recognise the lifelong value of a Baradene education and wish to “give back”.

GROWING HEART FUNDS
Growing Heart has four funds that support the College:
Student Scholarship and Support Fund
Offers students from diverse backgrounds the opportunity of a Baradene education, supports current students who would otherwise be prevented from completing their education or are unable to fully participate in College life, and provides students with additional learning opportunities.
Staff Support Fund
Fosters teaching excellence, including supporting teachers with professional development and career opportunities.
College Facilities Fund
Supports the fit-out of specific school building projects and provides resources to ensure the College has the facilities required to deliver the best education possible.
Trustees Discretionary Fund
Assists the College to maintain its special character, based on the Growing Heart Trustees' determination of the most important areas of need.
HOW TO SUPPORT GROWING HEART
One-off Donations
One-off donations can be made at any time. All donations are appreciated, no matter how large or small.

Pledges
Donations made over a period of time allow Growing Heart to plan for longer-term projects. You determine the amount and frequency of your gift, which can be altered or cancelled at any time.
Bequests
Bequests give you the opportunity to make a difference beyond your lifetime. Provision can be made in your Will to make a gift to Baradene.
