“If my dreams can happen to me, your dreams can happen to you. Champions are not made on the track or field; champions are made by the things you accomplish and the way you use your abilities in everyday life situations"

- Bob Beamon

In Health and Physical education, the focus is on the wellbeing of the students themselves, of other people, and of society through learning in health-related and movement contexts.

The main focus of the Year 7-10 programmes in Physical Education and Health are to develop: motor skills through a wide range of activities, skills and attitudes needed to maintain and improve personal health and/or physical development and the expertise that improves relationships with others.  Physical Education is then offered from Level 1 through to Level 3.  Scholarship workshops are also offered to senior students.
