The following students begin school in 2026 on WEDNESDAY 28 JANUARY:

  • New International Students (8:50am: Students report to Main Office, Gate 1)


The following students begin school in 2026 on THURSDAY 29 JANUARY:

  • New Year 7 Students (8.35am in the Auditorium)
  • New Year 8 - 12 Students (8.35am, meet in reception - access via Gate 1)
  • All Year 13 Students (8.35am: Meet on Tennis Courts (Chapel)

Returning students in Years 8 to 12 begin school in 2026 at 8.35am on FRIDAY 30 JANUARY.

2026 Year 7 information

Week 1

Term 1 Begins
Thursday 29 January 
  • 8.35am: Year 7 parents to bring their daughters to the Auditorium - access via Gate 2
  • Welcome and organised into Homerooms
  • Wear full summer uniform
  • Bring your stationery and padlock, as lockers will be allocated (a padlock with keys is preferred)
  • Bring your computer device
  • Mihi Whakatau 
  • Individual photos taken
  • At the end of the day (3.10pm), new students will be taken to the bus, so know your bus number if applicable
Friday 30 January 
  • 8.35am: Year 7 go to allocated Homeroom
  • School finishes at 3.10pm

Week 2

Monday 2 February - Timetable Begins (Day 6)
  • 8.35am: go to Homerooms


2026 New Year 8 - 12 Students

Week 1

Term 1 Begins
Thursday 29 January
  • 8.35am: Orientation morning begins
  • New Year 8 - 12 parents to bring their daughters to the main reception steps - access via Gate 1
  • Wear full summer uniform
  • Bring your computer device
  • Mihi Whakatau
  • Day finishes at 11.00am for New Year 10, 11 and 12 students
  • Day finishes at 12.30pm for New Year 8 and 9 students
Friday 30 January 
  • 8.35am - go straight to Levels Assemblies:
    Year 8: Auditorium
    Year 9: Barat
    Year 10: Tennis Courts (Barat)
    Year 11: Tennis Courts (Chapel)
    Year 12: Music Courtyard
  • Year 8-12 Individual Photos taken
  • Bring your stationery and padlock as lockers will be allocated
  • School finishes at 3.10pm

Week 2

Monday 2 February - Timetable Begins (Day 6)
  • 8.35am: go to Homerooms


2026 New International Students

Week 1 

Term 1 Begins
Wednesday 28 January – Orientation Day for New International Students
  • 8:50am: Students report to Main Office, Gate 1
  • School uniform is not required on this day.
  • Please bring:
    • Your stationery – See Stationery information under “Useful Links” below
    • Water bottle and packed lunch
    • A copy of your insurance, VISA and passport (If not already sent to the college)
    • Your computer device and headphones
    • Bring padlock for lockers (a padlock with a key is preferred)
  • 9am – 10am: Welcome and computer set-up
  • 10am: Tour of the School
  • 11.15am – 12.30pm: Timetable, Subject Choices and English Testing
  • 1pm – 2pm: Wider School Involvement
  • 2pm: Run through of what will happen over the next couple of days
  • Day finishes at 2:15pm for New International Students. Collect from the Main Office
Thursday 29 January - ALL New International Students at School
  • Wear Correct School Uniform - See School Uniform information under "Useful Links" below.
  • Mihi Whakatau 
  • Individual photos taken for New Year 7 International Students
  • Day finishes at 3.10pm for New Year 7 International Students.  Collect from the Main Office, Gate 1
  • Day finishes at 11.00am for New Year 10, 11 and 12 International Students. Collect from the Main Office, Gate 1
  • Day finishes at 12.30pm for New Year 8 and 9 International Students. Collect from the Main Office, Gate 1

The Uniform shop at the “Stables” is located on the Baradene campus, adjacent to the Centennial and Barat buildings.

Parking

Please do not park on the school grounds to drop off and collect students.  Parking is available on surrounding streets. In the interest of student safety, please do not park on yellow lines, as this reduces visibility.
